The air conditioning was a nightmare, not reaching below 75 degreesF even on the lowest setting. I barely slept, and the room was dusty with bits of trash left outside. I had a great time at the onsite restaurant, though-the ribeye was fantastic! The breakfast offering was plentiful, and the staff were friendly despite a busy environment. Unfortunately, cleanliness was inconsistent; one room had bed bugs, and many guests appeared frustrated. Parking felt like an unnecessary extra charge at this price point. Service could use some polishing, yet there were highlights that made the stay memorable.

the room was quite comfortable, and the location was convenient. We appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the comfortable bed. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the parking situation was convenient. there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. We were surprised to find that there was no microwave in the room, and having to go downstairs to heat up food was a bit inconvenient. The lack of proper lighting in the room made it hard to see, and the outdated decor and rugs didn't add to the overall vibe. the room smelled strongly of smoke, which was bothersome for my asthma. It was also a bit unsettling when a guest was able to open our door early in the morning, even though it turned out to be a harmless mistake. The issues with the jacuzzi being out of service and the noisy neighbors with a barking dog were also disappointing. while there were some positives, such as the convenient location and friendly staff, there were definitely areas where the Hilton could improve.
